Frequently Asked Questions!

 1. Are your shoes authentic?  Yes, 23 Is Back does not sell fake/variants.

2. Do you carry other sizes? We only carry sizes listed on our site.

3. What gender are the sizes of your shoes? All of our shoes are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.

4. How long will it take to receive my order? On average, it takes 2 - 3 business days to receive your order.  Please note that business days do not include Sunday and regulatory Holiday's.

5. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it? Should you receive the incorrect shoe or size, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item. 23 Is Back MUST be contacted prior to any returns.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange or return: Colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictures. Shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer) Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer. Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery.

6. Do you ship to International locations? If you have an address, we will ship.
